RCG’s retail initiative was as passionate as the brand’s launch in 2003. The first store, a 400 sq ft studio was opened in Bangalore, followed by 600 sq ft store in Hyderabad. Presently Classic Polo is retailed through 3500 MBOs across the country, 63 exclusive branded outlets in India and a one store in Singapore. The standalone stores are connected online for stock control and better retail co-ordination.
Classic Polo relax junctions(EBO’s) offer high quality, trend setting styles, international shopping experience, value for money, perfect pricing, prime location and quality service to customers. Classic Polo has an astounding CRM format to track loyal customers and keep them informed about brand updates.
Apart from MBO’s, EBO’s, large format stores and chain stores, the brand is also focusing on corporate, institutional orders.
Classic Polo is aggressively exploring into the e-business territory through innovative web advertising and PR.
RCG has plans to open multiple EBO joints in all state capitals in the southern zone at an astounding pace - Bangalore and Hyderabad being the hi-priority areas. It also aims at opening 100 exclusive stores by December ’09.
